About Agrivencia
Agrivencia brings the whole of a UK farm business into one record — cropping, livestock, land, water, inputs, machinery, schemes, compliance, carbon, markets and people — and makes that record do the paperwork that currently takes days.
The platform is designed around three convictions. First, that the work on a farm is already being done correctly and it is the recording of it that is duplicated. Second, that devolution is a design constraint rather than an inconvenience, so each nation is a first-class tenancy rather than an exception bolted onto an English system. Third, that a platform asking for farm data has to be legible before it can be trusted, which is why the evidence standards, the data charter and the commercial terms are all published in full.
None of that requires you to adopt everything at once. Most businesses start with the land record and the scheme engine, because those are the two that pay for themselves inside the first window, and add modules as the record earns its keep.

Why Agrivencia
What makes this different from another farm software package
Most farm software solves one problem well and leaves the rest to spreadsheets and portals. Agrivencia is built as one record with many views.
One record, many outputs
Enter a field operation once and it populates the agronomy record, the assurance audit pack, the scheme evidence file and the carbon footprint without being retyped.
Four nations, properly
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland each run different schemes, portals, identifiers and language obligations. Each is a first-class tenancy, not an exception.
Rules as data
Scheme rules are stored as data, not code. When a rate changes or a window closes, the platform updates the same day rather than waiting for a release.
Offline first
Only around a fifth of farms report reliable signal across the whole holding. Field capture works without a connection and synchronises when one returns.
Evidence, graded
Every published figure is labelled by source tier, and conflicting estimates are shown as conflicts rather than quietly resolved in favour of the convenient one.
Your data, portable
The Farm Data Charter gives you a complete export in open formats at any time. Lock-in is a commercial strategy, not a technical necessity.
In the field
The platform, photographed
Agrivencia is used outdoors, on a tablet, in weather. The interface is designed for that and the photography shows it.

Photography slots state their own brief until the shot is commissioned, so the layout never shifts when real images arrive.

The identifier graph, the boundary record and the scheme engine — the three things everything else depends on — are prototyped and tested with real businesses before anything else is written.

Prove it in one nation with invited users
A working service used by real farms through a real scheme window, with the failure modes exposed while the cohort is small enough to support properly.

Open it up and extend across nations
Available to all, with the remaining nations phased in as each administration's scheme data stabilises, and full Welsh language provision from the point Wales goes live.

Scaled service with published performance
Performance data published openly, a benefits realisation review against the original case, and continuous rather than project-based improvement.
Government cannot currently see, in real time, where its own farming budget is going. A scheme was closed overnight because the cap had been reached, and hundreds of millions of pounds went unspent over three years because replacement schemes were not ready. The evidence for change is government's own.
