Agrivencia

Become a Verified Vendor

Built for UK farm businesses across all four nations.

Agrivencia brings the whole of a UK farm business into one record — cropping, livestock, land, water, inputs, machinery, schemes, compliance, carbon, markets and people — and makes that record do the paperwork that currently takes days.

Getting started

What you need to hand

Setting up takes about twenty minutes for a single holding. Nothing here needs to be perfect on day one; the platform will help you correct it.

Apply to become a verified vendor

Verification is the product. Buyers trust a listing here because every vendor has been checked, so the application asks for real evidence rather than a description.

Verification documents

These are checked before anything goes live. Expiry dates are tracked automatically.

Certificate showing the insurer, the limit of indemnity and the expiry date.
Required if you employ anyone.
Scheme name, membership number and expiry for each.

Published commission rates, shown before you commit to anything.

Listings go live only once verification completes, and suspend automatically if a required document expires.

How it works

From first login to first evidence pack

Getting started is deliberately short. The platform earns its keep from the first scheme window, not after a six-month implementation.

  1. 1

    Create the business account

Register the business and add every holding, including any across a border. The identifier graph reconciles the references each national system uses.

  2. 2

    Import your land

Parcels come in from the relevant national system and are reconciled against mapping and registry geometry into one canonical boundary record.

  3. 3

Switch on the modules you need

Start with one. The scheme engine and the land record are the usual entry point because they pay for themselves in the first window.

  4. 4

    Record work as it happens

Field capture works offline and synchronises later. The record is created once, at the point of work, rather than reconstructed in an office in February.

  5. 5

    Let the evidence assemble itself

Audit packs, scheme evidence, carbon activity data and compliance records are built from what you already recorded.

  6. 6

    Optimise across the whole business

The optimiser works out the highest-value compliant position across schemes, nature markets and enterprises, subject to every applicable cap.

  7. 7

    Bring in your advisers

Grant scoped, revocable access to an agronomist, vet, land agent or accountant. Revoke it in one click when the job is done.

Questions answered

The questions we get asked most

Is Agrivencia a government service?

No. Agrivencia is a private platform designed to integrate with government systems across all four nations. It is built to government digital and accessibility standards, and it is proposed to government as an integration and delivery partner, but it is not a public body and does not speak for one.

How much does it cost?

There is a free tier that covers scheme discovery, deadline tracking and the land record, because those are the things that cost farmers money when they go wrong. Paid tiers add application management, optimisation, adviser seats and the commercial modules.

What if I only want one part of it?

That is the normal way to start. Most businesses begin with the scheme engine or the land record and add modules as they need them. Nothing requires you to adopt all eighty-four.

Is it available in Welsh?

Welsh language provision is a legal expectation for services in Wales and is treated as a requirement rather than a translation project. Gaelic content is provided for Scotland where relevant.

How accessible is it?

The platform is built to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA, with a full keyboard path, captions and audio description on video, and an assisted-digital route for people who do not want to do everything online.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it with you. A complete export in open formats is available at any time, and account closure follows a published retention and deletion schedule.

Who is behind it?

Agrivencia is an independent platform business. Our evidence standards, data charter and commercial terms are published in full because a platform asking for farm data should be legible before it is trusted.

How we handle evidence

Where these figures come from

Agrivencia grades every figure it publishes. Primary legislation, official statistics and audit reports are treated as authoritative. Levy body and professional body data is treated as reliable. Commercial trackers and trade press are treated as indicative and labelled as such. Where sources conflict, the conflict is shown rather than resolved silently.

  1. Authoritative Legislation, statutory instruments, official scheme rules, national audit and public accounts reporting, departmental annual reports and accredited official statistics.
  2. Reliable Parliamentary committee evidence, peer-reviewed research, independent economic institutes and levy body analysis.
  3. Supporting Professional bodies, land agents, certification schemes and industry associations.
  4. Indicative Commercial market trackers and trade press, used for corroboration only and always labelled.

Payment rates, caps and windows in UK farm support change frequently and sometimes without notice. Nothing on this platform is a substitute for the current published scheme rules or for professional advice.

What we are hearing

The problems people describe to us

These are composite statements drawn from user research conversations, not attributed customer quotes. We publish named references only with written consent.

I am not short of software. I am short of one place where the same field means the same thing in all of it.

Arable farm managerEast of England

The scheme closed on a Tuesday evening. I had the application half built. Nobody told me the budget was nearly gone.

Mixed farmerMidlands

We farm on both sides of the border. Everything takes twice as long and I still cannot see the whole position on one screen.

Livestock producerWelsh border

Audit week costs me three days. Every single record they ask for is already written down somewhere on this farm.
